This session is designed to discuss the reason why technology leadership must evolve in our independent schools. As technology becomes more embedded in our classrooms, the role of the technology leader must shift to include a working knowledge of pedagogy and curriculum as well as the business operations of a school. This session will outline why technology leadership must change and how to best prepare academic and school leadership teams for this transition.
