ATLIS 2016

Leading IT All; Your Next Professional Challenge will focus on the organizational change occurring in some larger independent schools in the country. While the presenters are employed by large independent schools, the challenges we face as leaders who lead it all can be scaled down to any school of any size. Our schools represent a diversity in terms of affiliation, gender, and grade level. During the panel presentation we will discuss how our roles have evolved over time to begin to lead a variety of departments and functions in our schools. We will share our similar, yet distinct paths, to the role of CIO or Innovation Director, how the change over time has evolved our leadership, and what it means for our respective schools. The target audience for this panel discussion is anyone who presently leads or wishes to lead IT and other departments in their schools.
